This place sucks
These people are awful. I applied for Ranch Village, and when I applied, they took my money and everything happily without telling me that credit was a huge factor. I don’t have the best credit and if I would’ve known that, I would’ve never even applied for this apartment. They happily took my $40 for the application fee, without Disclosing any information about credit. Like I said before I knew it was based on credit I wouldn’t have even applied.
