Great customer service!
Brought my 2001 Dodge to the great team at Gottsch's Goo as it's in very good condition and I wanted to make sure the truck stayed rust-free for years to come. Spoke with Erik about the Wool Wax treatment and came to the decision to spring for that. They got me in a week early after a different guest canceled their appointment and kept me updated every step of the way with pictures and messages (22 pictures worth!).
