excellent very patient oriented
Rude, aloof and disconnected from their patients. One office assistant literally laughed in my face when I told them that my mother, on supplemental O2 had been sitting and waiting for two hours and was down to her last 30min of O2 (which we needed to get home). Literally laughed in my face and said “we don’t cut” with all the air of arrogance a petulant teen could muster. Additionally, there is no supplemental O2 on site for patients so good luck with that two hour wait. Much more to list...
