Working in tandem with Northeast Rooter, Gottier Plumbing (thank you Caitlin for arranging the appointment so quickly), Jacob and Blake showed up the next morning and did part 2 of the project. Jacob came originally for a minor leak which he identified in nano-seconds. Unit needed replacement & Jacob recommended that I have a water conditioner installed when they came out for leaky unit. After much deliberation, I took Jacob’s advice & authorized water conditioner system. OMG - the difference is amazing. Well water customers : listen to Jacob!
Jacob showed up on the early side of my 2 hr window. He reviewed and estimated multiple requests from me and then I decided on which tasks to proceed with. Everything was fixed and replaced as needed. Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even changed my filter when noticing reduction in water pressure which I have as so appreciative that he took that extra step.
I've had Jacob out to my house for 2 different emergencies in the last couple months. I highly recommend him. He is fast and efficient. He provides clear options and I don't feel like he is trying to upsell me to something more than I need. He has a great personality too, with a sense of humor I appreciate. Gottier better keep him on the team, he is AWESOME.
