Great experience with Rob at GottaRow through the ordering and delivery process of my Heritage 12. Rob is a wealth of information about the boat, and about rowing!
Rob with GottaRow is amazing! From the start, he took his time answering all my questions and helping me choose the most suitable boat. As a brand new sculler, the Cambridge was a great choice. Fast forward 2 years; I row a lightweight racing single with the local rowing club, but still take my Cambridge out often (great training shell, and amazingly stable in choppy waters) & the best part is Rob is still easily available to answer all of my questions!! 10/10 would recommend Rob at GottaRow!
High quality boat from a high quality boat distributer. Rob Williams answered all questions & kept me informed of everything throughout the process of obtaining the boat (Heritage 18 2-seat carbon fiber). But beyond that he has been available to give advise on things that have come up (such as best ways to transport your boat to the water!) long after I first acquired the boat. When Rob says "feel free to contact me with questions", he really means it and he really delivers.
Rob at gottarow.com is EXTREMELY helpful and a wealth of info for newbie open water rower like myself. I bought a Heritage 15' from him this past summer and it has been an amazing experience. I had a failed attempt at rowing by trying to outfit my kayak, Rob assured me the Heritage was what I was looking for and he was spot on! These boats are amazingly stabile and fast. Rob's delivery and set-up of my 12 foot carbon fiber Heritage rowboat and dolly was very valuable. Every one of his tips were accurate, and he advised me about things I hadn't thought of, even though I have been rowing for years. He really loves these boats and loves sharing his knowledge. I would go to 10 stars if I could!
