08/30/2025 I can’t say enough how Much I love this store. Selection is great and staff is so wonderful. Anna was absolutely amazing! MOST OF ALL IF YOURE A BIG PERSON OR A NEW RUNNER, THEY ARE SO HELPFUL AND ACCOMMODATING TO HELP GET YOU STARTED IN YOUR JOURNEY!! They also have a nice small selection of gels and endurance fuels.
Came in yesterday 8/21/25 and was helped by a sweet and knowledgeable female. She really knows her stuff. I tried on maybe 8-10 shoes and we kept going until we found a pair that I loved. I will never shop anywhere else for work shoes bc their customer service is top notch.
Michael was absolutely incredible. I had a lot of issues with my old shoes hurting my feet, and Michael got me into a pair of Hokas, on the first try and they felt like a dream! Incredible service, I'll definitely be back.
I stopped by looking for a solid pair of hiking shoes for an upcoming trip — something that would also be comfortable enough for long days on my feet at work. I was met with genuine workers who helped me in every way without having to ask. I’m not sure of his name, but he helped me find the perfect size for a specific brand of shoe I wanted, and was incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented in making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Excellent service and I will be back to purchase those shoes!
Awesome service. Patient and ready to help you find your correct shoes. Both employees I’ve met have been super great. They have good selection of New Balance, Brooks, Hoka, etc. they also stock running gels and some apparel. Definitely a great place to get your running gear in Spartanburg
