We have a vacation rental cabin just north of the Dells and they take care of everything from lawn care, to snow plowing, to landscaping, to referring plumbers and HVAC contractors, to deck maintenance, to GC work, he's a one-stop-shop for everything we need. It makes living 3 hours away easy as we know we "have a guy" anytime we need something, whether its planned maintenance or an emergency.
