As an independent label, It has been nice to know that there is a plant we can go to not only for small runs, but for higher quality 7" Singles! They have wonderful customer support and are great at communicating. Their "Open Job" portal is very handy for keep track of where your project is at. We have done a few 7" singles from them and they both turned out stellar! After some pleasant communication, much planning, and much money spent on templating two of our releases for pressing at Gotta Groove, we left sorely disappointed and dissatisfied after they canceled our project. They were not comfortable proceeding, which is their right, but when we offered to give them any form they requested and let them know the amount of money we had already spent preparing our releases for their pressing requirements, we were left wondering for days as we waited for a refund.
