The tracking does not work on a consistent basis, I have tried several times to get the issue rectified with no response.
We've been customers with GoTrack since 2016. In the beginning of the year we were informed that they were no longer using a certain type of service (3G) and insisted with our renewal that they pay to upgrade the service to what they would be using and that they would get us on a waiting list to get the new equipment. Fast forwarding to now, they disconnect our old equipment's service without any notification/way to continue using the service (while still charging us).
