Wow. After 16 years of doing business, these jokers think they can ignore your questions, blame others and it doesn't matter. Well, it does matter. If I was considering a new supplier and I saw a 2.9 star total review, there is no way I would consider doing business with them. Apparently, ownership and management are the same.
