Good customer service, staff are knowledge .
My renewal came up recently and I recieved my notification in the mail. My auto insurance was up about 5$ a month. No big deal really. Shortly after I got a call from Amy Smith at GoTo Insurance, Moncton. She was calling just to let me know that through some digging and research on her end (which I never requested) that she could potentially help me get a better rate for 2021.
