I'm on the HOA board for my community in Gilbert and hiring Gothic as our landscaper was one of the worst decisions our community has ever made. If you sit on an HOA board and are considering hiring them, please don't. Our community apparently had multiple irrigation issues last summer that they did not address or fix for many MONTHS. We had large swaths of landscape areas (grass, trees and bushes) that died in the heat, costing us 10's of thousands of dollars.
