Home built by Richmond American Homes used Gothic Landscaping for front and backyard. Paid $10k for the upgrade and had no input whatsoever. They did what ever the **** they wanted and left a desert landscaping watering too much. Di not provide any instruction for maintenance. When my plants started dying, they did honor their warranty in any fashion and totally blew me off as they don't like to talk to the home owner.
