I loved how kind and caring Amanda was. I appreciated how thorough she was. In being thorough she was also as comforting as I could have hoped for. I felt that she didn’t want to leave any stone unturned. For my particular situation that was so very much necessary and very important. You don’t find that kind of care and bedside manner as often as you would expect. I’m blessed and grateful that she was there the night I needed her most.

Extremely rude doctor Walked in and told me “this is an emergency room and this doesn’t look like an emergency to me” before even examining me. He then asked why I didn’t go see my pcp? It was Sunday. Then saw my blood pressure was extremely high then decided it may have been an emergency. The facility was nice and so were the nurses but other than that I was extremely upset by the time I left. I was very happy with the staff at the ER, But Dr Shaw I was not, his timeliness on finding a surgeon was not really a priority it seemed like to me as a patient, and my wife aa well. I had a shattered wrist, and he acted luke it was OK to wait for a surgeon to come in and look at it 4 days later, and or to splint my wrist and wait even weeks later. Shaw looked surprised when I told him I wanted it fixed that day.
