I just want to say one word. It’s a name actually. That name is Deborah. I asked for someone with patience and they delivered. She took my case and took my mess and made it through.. She never had any stress or rolled her eyes at my bad communication skills. She was a professional with a touch of Mom kindness. I think she got a degree in multitasking.‘Mk. Deb and Gotham helped me avoid a big problem I was running full speed into. .
My experience with Gotham Tax was excellent, thanks to their knowledgeable and helpful staff. The phone system needs improvement. Transfers between different centers can be confusing.
