Fantastic customer service and they are very knowledgeable with their equipment. Spoke to TJ over the phone and was very helpful and friendly and got me what I needed quickly!
I had to build out a whole sound kit from scratch. They were all enormously helpful. I learned quite a lot, since I’m starting from square one with sound. TJ in particular was excellent and really took the time with me. Went above and beyond, reached out later to check in about how gear is.
