The actual medical staff at the facility were amazing, so friendly and kind; however their billing department is trash. I had a procedure done in December 2022 and their billing department made an error on my insurance forms which resulted in me owing over $800. It took almost 10 months and many, many phone calls with their billing department for them to rectify the situation. I was a patient of Dr. Wolffs for a few years and he diagnosed me with mild Crohn’s disease in 2019. My first impression was a good one: kind, professional, not a wait at the office to be seen. The receptionist told me that I would just be paying a copay and this doctor is in the network. This place will not call you before the appointment to go over your insurance and they charge the new patients $412 for 15mins while they wrote (up to 45 mins new patient). The doctor basically just gave me few sheets of paper, that tells you how to eat healthily.
