The nurses that perform the infusions are knowledgeable and true professionals. Unfortunately the rest of the staff is not, particularly the unfriendly front desk staff, and the billing department. The billing kept charging me out of network, accumulating a bill over 30,000 dollars. When I brought this to the front desk attention, the response I received was, “Is there a sign over my head that says ‘billing’”? Surprise billing!!! Be careful. I was not informed that this is out of network even I asked them. After several months, I got a surprise billing. Be sure to confirm and ask for written report and confirmation that they are in-network.
Was unable to see the doctor after arriving to the office and being told I was out of network despite being told on the phone by there reps that I was in network. I made the appointment on Zocdoc as an emergency the day before because I have been having some really concerning symptoms I didn’t want to ignore. I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with this office. I dropped off three stool samples on December 9th, only to receive a call on December 20th (after multiple follow-ups) stating that all three samples had “leaked” and were therefore unusable. Not only is this delay and mishandling completely unacceptable, but it also left me in the dark about my own health for two weeks.
