We’ve used them in the past, but this time I was calling about a specific violation, which apparently had nothing to do with them. Still, the lady I spoke to helped me navigate everything and took the time to explain it all, even though she didn’t have to. Customer service is on point with Gotham Elevator. I’m just disappointed I didn’t get her name.

Attempted to request a quote for a solicitation , was rudely turned away due to previous contractors asking the same thing I asked for. Poor customer service Charles.
The food is outstanding. Great service. Well crafted cocktails. Nice atmosphere. Enjoyable dinner. I will definitely go again... well done.
