Gotham (Steve) were great to deal with until we received the bill for their services. We were shocked to get a $400 bill for installing a basic light fixture. It took Gotham almost 3 hours to hang it correctly (they installed a hanging light as a flush mount fixture the first attempt, had to take it down and start over... which they billed us for).
