Never received package no way to contact company want my money back UPDATE: Gotham Cycles did get ahold of me and sent me the part. I've done business with them in the past and had no problem so this could have just been a mistake would still be nice if they had a phone number that worked...
1. Communication was great. 2. The part (billet clutch hub) was a quality item. The negative reviews never mention the quality of the parts; they only mention communication, which I found great (See #1 above). 🤷♂️

If I could give more stars I would, HOT DAMMIT!!! It’s hard finding and getting parts for our bike but all seriousness, thank god Gotham cycles is here, I ordered the high voltage ignition coils for my 05 Ducati monster 620 dark and Michael ( Mike ) not only helped me with my order but updated me all the way till the coils reached my mailbox, then made sure I received the coils what an incredible service and amazing products. Mike brotha if you see this you sir have earned a life long customer! Thanks again!
If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a part on 3/4/26 I’ve emailed 3 times for an update, no tracking or shipping updates at all, just confirmation email that they gladly accepted my money. Still no response. Went to log on to see order history on the main Gotham cycles site and no login information works at all anymore, weird?! I would like my money back thanks!
