Went in for an insurance claim and was extremely pleased with Gotham's customer service. All of the staff were helpful and friendly, all of my questions were answered. We had a rental vehicle waiting for us when we got there. When we got our car back, it looked better and cleaner than it did when we left it. It truly feels like we have a new car again. Highly recommend Gotham City Collision, 6/5.
The folks at Gotham Collision are so kind it really helped make me feel better. We had to get our catalytic converter replaced and they were very quick and informative every step of the way. They returned the car washed with a smile. Very knowledgeable and kind people.
Awesome experience. They run this place like a well oiled ship. Wonderful customer service and support from start to finish and they do a phenomenal job. I was very pleased with the work done on my car. The service was was great and the people were friendly. They kept me informed about my car from the moment I dropped it off until they told me it was ready.
