Great place to call home. Very modern and well kept building. The concierge and superintendent are always nice and smiling. Building is nice and clean. I love the view from my balcony.
Great managed building. It is always nice and clean, friendly staff and manager.
Lived here for about three years as a tenant. The condo is very nice built, I feel walls are very good to isolate noise, ventilation and insulation are also super good. The unit styles are very modern and I loved the kitchen layout and appliances. Concierges were always friendly. Some were less nice than others but still polite. The party room is the only real amenity, which might make the trade offs somewhat weird compared to other buildings downtown.
