It's been several years since I made them aware of this problem. However, they still refuse to make any public comment about 911 access - in spite of the fact that they advertise and market "Emergency Beacon", "Emergency Chat", and SMSrelay. They steadfastly refuse to provide these services OR EVEN warn customers that, by their very policy, you are FORBIDDEN from sending any messages of an emergency nature? Some clarification or an update would be greatly appreciated.
