Hi Giovanni Cincotta, You hired us to serve someone that I formerly met and worked with, not a friend not a buddy. I disclosed this to you up front. We didn't steal your money in fact we made several attempts and did a stakeout for you at the property. Unfortunately, your defendant was hiding in the house and we couldn't serve him You decided to call off the stakeout and we reported our attempts and service fees to the court on your behalf which are recoverable to you.
