Bad customer service. Claims to be a custom designer and misleads with samples and follow through with customers. Over priced and does not work with the customer. Throughs the install on a separate company that does not call, leave messages, text or e-mails. Huge disappointment and a lot of money lost with this company. I was looking for a custom designer to help with decisions on my color approach on a project. Hardware sample for rods were supposed to be an oil rubbed bronze look to match my hardware and decor. First, I would stress that the company name as listed here is incorrect. The new owner, ***************************, took over this location about a year ago and the correct name is now "Gotcha Covered Southshore". Forget the previous owner. New management, new owner. PLEASE know if you are looking for a window treatment company in the South Shore area, this company is absolutely worth checking out. I give ****** the highest accolades for his products and service. In November 2021, we moved to Apollo Beach and contracted with Gotcha Covered fir window treatments for my new home. The store owners er, Sharon W*** took a check in the amount of $5 300 ad a 50/50 deposit towards our purchase. They have since left town and absconded with our deposit and closed their doors and do not return our calls,
