Had a great experience with customer service at the location in Appleton. Liked the layout of the store was very easy to see what blinds we wanted for our house.
I contacted Gotcha Covered via messaging their website. Their follow-up phone call came within a few hours, and I was able to head to their store the same day with my blinds, which needed repair. I also got a quote over the phone. When I got in the store, Jon diagnosed and repaired both blinds on the spot. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly. I will use their services again and highly recommend the store to everyone.
I am very satisfied with my living room blinds, however, the project has not been completed because they have yet to hang the accompanying valance which was included in the price. Still waiting, it has been over a month! 6/5/25 In response to the below reply. The valance ordered was the wrong size. I was told on April 24, the correct valance would be ordered and installed in 2 weeks. I called your company May 12th and told was not in. I called June 4th given the same run-around. 6/23/25 Company set up appointment to complete... read more
