Watching a friend of mine deal with this company is maddening. Communication is terrible. Trying to get ahold of someone was difficult. Phone calls were not returned. They went to the company when they were supposed to be open and they were not. 10/10 would not recommend.
After going to a couple different places im glad I went with Gotcha Covered. Amazing prices and great customer service.
Great blinds
Had a great experience with customer service at the location in Appleton. Liked the layout of the store was very easy to see what blinds we wanted for our house.
I contacted Gotcha Covered via messaging their website. Their follow-up phone call came within a few hours, and I was able to head to their store the same day with my blinds, which needed repair. I also got a quote over the phone. When I got in the store, Jon diagnosed and repaired both blinds on the spot. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly. I will use their services again and highly recommend the store to everyone.
