I am very satisfied with my living room blinds, however, the project has not been completed because they have yet to hang the accompanying valance which was included in the price. Still waiting, it has been over a month! 6/5/25 In response to the below reply. The valance ordered was the wrong size. I was told on April 24, the correct valance would be ordered and installed in 2 weeks. I called your company May 12th and told was not in. I had a problem with a shade. They were so help and friendly to work with, and helped to get a repair under warranty. Definitely will be back when I need shades in the future.
Our experience at Gotcha Covered was phenomal. Amber and John were amazing! They went above and beyond helping with the blinds in our home. Their flexibility, honesty, and kindness made our experience fantastic! I can't say enough goof things. I highly recommend them!
