I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience deserves to be shared so others know what to expect. I was originally quoted a 3–4 week turnaround for blinds. Instead, it took nearly 6 months to receive everything I paid for — and the delays were only part of the problem. From the start, communication was extremely poor. They helped me at two locations with window coverings, once about 5 years ago and again today. There are a lot of businesses that over time the quality starts to drop, that is not how this company operates. I was impressed the first time but even more impressed with our recent install. Installer arrived as promised to install shades in 3 windows at our building. The install went flawlessly and was completed in less than 15 minutes. The shades were exactly as ordered. The installer answered all my questions clearly, he was friendly and professional, and he explained clearly how to manage the 48 hour ‘break-in’ process.
