I had a problem with a shade. They were so help and friendly to work with, and helped to get a repair under warranty. Definitely will be back when I need shades in the future.
Our experience at Gotcha Covered was phenomal. Amber and John were amazing! They went above and beyond helping with the blinds in our home. Their flexibility, honesty, and kindness made our experience fantastic! I can't say enough goof things. I highly recommend them!
