Omg so frustrating. I placed my order for one skylight cover at the beginning of September. Was told it would only take 4-6 to order, ship and install. Its now December and still nothing. No one ever returns calls, texts or emails. Im beyond frustrated at this point, and just want a refund sense im clearly never getting the product I paid for. I hate to leave a review like this, especially for a veteran owned company. I just don't know what to do anymore, as I feel scammed.
After spending nearly three hours with Dorian and finally choosing the best window treatments for our two front facing windows, I never received the contract and quote as promised. I told Dorian that we were anxious to have the install completed as we have a baby on the way and even texted and called to follow up. Very disappointed as their products appeared to be top notch.
Dorian and AJ went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. Their quotes are reasonable and the service is exceptional. They came in for measurements and had us a quote within an hour. After placing our order, we had a speedy turnaround with gorgeous new shutters in less than 2 weeks! I would highly recommend to anyone in the area, and we will definitely be using them again.
Dorian did an outstanding job from helping me select the right window coverings for my home and professionally installing the coverings!!! I was very impressed with the service and professionalism and highly recommend Gotcha Covered of Jax Beach! ~ Sabine
What a great experience and amazing customer service! We were wanting to get some privacy for our covered patio/kitchen area from the street and Dorian and Gotcha Covered came up with the perfect solution! We love our blinds! Highly recommend!
