I enjoyed working with Mark on getting our customized shades ordered and installed. He was always available to answer my many questions and constantly changing schedule and availability. The size, color, and finished texture came out as I hoped. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is because one of the shades came with a hole in it (see attached photo). Mark with Gotcha Covered of Rockwall put 46 coverings on my home in Nevada. He did a fantastic job and went above and beyond helping us get the look and style we were looking for. Use him! He is great!
Mark is just an awesome guy that also happens to be really good at what he does. We needed new window treatments throughout our entire house, and Mark helped us every step of the way. He did a great job listening and understanding our main concerns, then helped us narrow down our selection pool based on his recommendations. Once he received all the materials, he prioritized our installation and executed it flawlessly. I’d recommend him to anyone and will certainly be reaching out to him again for our next project.
Mark and Noble are an excellent team! Very friendly, professional and just all-around nice guys! Mark planned the motorized window coverings and the completed job was great! They are highly recommended.
