Gotcha Covered exceeded our expectations. Ken was fantastic to work with and helped us in deciding on the best product for our windows based on their size and frame depths. Unknowledgeable sales rep regarding motorization, charging of bliss motors, and lack of strength of tension system to hold up cordless blinds. Buyer beware.
