The Gotcha Covered representative was very timely in making an appointment and presented multiple samples of fabrics, curtain rods and numerous hardware. I highly recommend Gotcha Covered. I needed to replace a double traverse curtain rod that was over 30 years old and held up 2 story long drapes and sheers. There was also a jabot and cascade valance over all of it. I called a few drapery firms thinking they might be able to do this. I got quotes but not a good feeling until I contacted Gotcha Covered.
