Rafael did a great job understanding my wife's vision and helping us consider the alternatives. I also appreciated that in some cases he recommended we wait and see how a room comes together before figuring out the window treatment. So he sees well beyond his own profit and truly cares about his customer being satisfied. He and the installer were flexible on timing as well which was very appreciated.
