Hyun and her installers are fantastic! The shades throughout our house are beautiful and effective, plus we’ve received numerous compliments about them.
We had a great experience with Hyun. She made the whole process simple and digestible. Our window coverings arrived and were installed well before the estimated timeframe.
My wife and I are extremely pleased with our experience with Gotcha Covered. We received the white glove treatment for our blinds solution project and communication throughout was sound. We had an excellent experience with Gotcha Covered of Arlington–Vienna. From the first conversation to the final installation, the communication was clear, consistent, and professional. Hyun was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth. Jim and Mary, our installation team, were so kind, respectful of our home, and very detail-oriented. My wife and I are really happy with our new blinds, they look beautiful, and the craftsmanship shows. Thank you to the whole team for such great service. Highly recommend!
I worked with three different companies to handle my window treatments on my new house. Gotcha Covered was by far the best and most engaging, with Hyun showing a real interest in understanding our style preferences and parameters, and offering her own suggestions and ideas to complete our vision. The end result speaks for itself; we couldn't be happier with our treatments.
