Brian was so easy to work with, no pressure. He was respectful of our budget as well. We ordered quite a few blinds as we have a larger house and Jake and Glen installed them in 45 minutes! It was truly a 5 star experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
So great and professional. Discovered a defect in 2 blinds and fixed for free. Also took care of 2 other minor issues for free. Set up is perfect. They r the best.
Brian carried out a consultation, then designed and created a product for us which Jake & Glen installed. Across the entire process, they were all friendly and professional. The treatment went up quick, looks wonderful, and is easy to use. The process was smooth and their communication and timing were consistent and predictable.
