Working with Vicky and Carlos has been a terrific experience. Their process was accurate and efficient. I didn't pull the trigger on the expenditure right away. There was about 4-5 months from meeting them for the first time to the time I finally placed the order. They came to my home multiple times to complete the order process and that was never an issue.
