What a refreshing experience to work with Gotcha Covered! We recently replaced our old corded wood blinds with a combination of shutters and motorized shades. (Now I don't have to step into the bathtub twice a day to open and close the window treatment!) A quick order arrival, and prompt installation completion provided a seamless process. John and Jason were courteous and conscientious, and we were happy to support a veteran-owned company with products made in the USA.
We were extremely pleased with the service. The initial service call and measuring was easy. They went over all the options and had us a quote within a couple days. The installers are amazing! The level of care, customer service, and service was top notch! They didn't want to just do a job, but took the time to visit with us, get to know us. Our dogs were sad when they left! Highly recommend !
John and his team were awesome. The blinds are amazing! We had Hunter Douglas, the functionality was terrible and awkward, their customer service even worse for an overpriced product, very disappointing. Then we found John and Gotch Covered products are truly amazing. Highly recommend this product! Thank you John
