Was during a really hot day my AC stopped working, searched in Google called different companies. All companies that I contacted timeframe was too long, but Gotcha Covered arrived right away. Anthony and Humberto arrived very professional and courteous. Explain to me what was wrong with my unit. Anthony was honest and thorough and gave me different options without feeling the pressure of purchasing unnecessary items. The prices were very reasonable. I would definitely continue to call Gotcha Covered moving forward.
