Gotcha Covered was a great experience. They provided several solutions and we ended up with doing a majority of our windows with shutters. They look great and are of great quality. I didn't know anything about the window covering business so it was an interesting learning experience. I had a big box home improvement store come out and their product was terrible. Travis came to give us an estimate to replace our Hunter Douglas vertical shade which had a broken tension cord. He suggested that it could be repaired, not replaced, as the shade was in otherwise excellent condition. He took the shade with him and returned in 2 days and re-installed it. The cost, needless to say, was much less than a new shade would have been. We'd had two other companies come out, each giving estimates of $1700-1800 and neither suggested a repair.
Travis was absolutely great. He was kind and thoughtful enough to forego a service call charge and simply help me over the phone. He was my hero for the day! AAAAAAA+++++++++!
I highly recommend Gotcha Covered for window treatment needs! They had exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Travis was easy to work with, kept us updated on every step of the process and was quick to respond. We had some fit issues with our shades but Travis and his team fixed them quickly. They met all our needs and made all of our windows look amazing!
