I highly recommend Gotcha Covered for window treatment needs! They had exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Travis was easy to work with, kept us updated on every step of the process and was quick to respond. We had some fit issues with our shades but Travis and his team fixed them quickly. They met all our needs and made all of our windows look amazing!

I am writing to express my significant concern regarding ongoing issues with the Romain Shades we purchased from your company for over $10,000. To date, technicians have been dispatched to our property on five separate occasions to address various problems with these coverings. We are now experiencing the same issue once again, despite the shades being out of their warranty period. We were doing a remodeling project for our three upstairs bedrooms, and wanted to get some nice window coverings. We contacted Gotcha Covered, and are we glad we did! Travis did an excellent job giving us an informative, no pressure home demo, and also did the installation. He was careful and thorough, and did a fantastic job! We ended up doing almost all the upstairs windows. The shades look great and we are very, very pleased.
