This place neglected to inform my 80 year old grandpa that he would need a permit for the car cover they installed in his driveway, until AFTER he installed it and then told my grandpa he was in Montana on a project "until further notice" and would not respond to any messages or phone calls. This place sucks!
A man by the name of Curtis came out to give me an bid on adding a lean to my house. I asked him how close we could go to the property line. His response was will how good are you with your neighbor. I made a call to the planning dept. and asked them. They said I could not go any closer than 5ft to the property line. I then asked if a permit is required and the said yes, any structure over 250 sqft needs a permit.
