This Costco supplier of Graber blinds has not completed my installation after six months (Oct. 2024 order date). The valences were never supplied in the correct sizes after multiple attempts. Last batch was supposed to be shipped directly to me so I could complete the install myself, but nothing showed up. Aside from the original “got your order” call in October, Gotcha and their installer have failed to follow-up and show any concern.
The blinds came out amazing! Hampton and his team did a wonderful job of sizing every window. Wish I would have done this project years ago. Everyone was so nice and professional!

We were in need of motorized shades for 3 high (16’ tall) windows so we were put in touch with Hampton through the Costco service. Hampton was nice and accommodating during the sale process by providing options and clearly explaining how the three window shade batteries could be connected together and an extension could be brought down to make it easy to charge every few months as needed without getting on a high ladder. Highly recommend Gotcha Covered for shades and blinds. Their prices are very reasonable and they provide high quality prompt work. Hampton, our consultant, is kind, honest and didn’t pressure us to buy the most expensive options. We originally had a quote from a larger company and it was over double of what we paid with Gotcha Covered.
