Hampton was nice and accommodating during the sale process by providing options and clearly explaining how the three window shade batteries could be connected together and an extension could be brought down to make it easy to charge every few months as needed without getting on a high ladder. Highly recommend Gotcha Covered for shades and blinds. Their prices are very reasonable and they provide high quality prompt work. Hampton, our consultant, is kind, honest and didn’t pressure us to buy the most expensive options. We originally had a quote from a larger company and it was over double of what we paid with Gotcha Covered.
