We had a wonderful experience with Gotcha Covered Chicago (N. Western Ave.) from start to finish. The entire team is knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. From the initial home visit to the showroom and final installation, everything was seamless. The installation team did an excellent job, and we’re thrilled with the results. This review is way overdue, but still want to say what a GOOD experience it was to work with Gotcha Covered. We needed two blinds for recently-stripped dining-room windows & also one for a bedroom. Originally my plan was to order shades as well, but decided they weren’t really necessary.
