This review is way overdue, but still want to say what a GOOD experience it was to work with Gotcha Covered. We needed two blinds for recently-stripped dining-room windows & also one for a bedroom. Originally my plan was to order shades as well, but decided they weren’t really necessary. Timely responses, worked hard to melake sure installation process worked. Installers went above and beyond to get enormous sized roller shade up 21 floors!
