Incompetent gouging crooks! Have had plumbing work done 4 times in my condo. Twice by GoTap. Unplugging kitchen sink was charged extra $125 on top of visit and labour just to use a snake! Do mechanics charge extra to use their tools?!!!! Second time billed 4hrs to replace 2 bathroom T-valves!! Took 3 attempts to solder a cold water joint and I paid for this time. Condo wouldn't help me on that one. Don't ever use them, but if you must better ask the person to give upfront estimate and show you their journeyman papers first!!... read more

Completely useless company. My parents had a Liberty sump pump installed by them in July 2024. It failed on February 17, 2026. Called them to send a technician out. They told me to call their office back. Had no choice but to go to another company since it was an emergency to address. Had to replace the sump pump with a dual sump pump and then was told the old sump pump installed by Go Tap was done improperly. Even though we called 5 times to Go Tap, no one returned the call. Used phone number listed on google . Asked if they do free estimates and she said this is an emergency number for after hours. I said I got it from google. She said call back between the reg office hours. I asked what the hours are but she hung up on me before I could finish asking that, and what the number is to call. I guess they don’t need any new business? Weird and rude
