At the intersection of Convair and Airport Road at around 2:30 pm today, I was aggressively tailgated by one of your van drivers. Not only was he dangerously close behind me, but when I attempted to merge lanes safely, he deliberately sped up to block me from merging. This behavior is completely unacceptable — reckless, hostile, and a terrible reflection on your company. I’m leaving this one-star review to warn others about the kind of drivers Go Tap Plus puts on the road. Fix your standards.
I wanted to share great work for kitchen sink drain repair done by Alex L. from G.O. Tap Plus. Multiple drain pipes were leaking and Alex L. completed the repair efficiently and clean (very professional). Cost of the repair was much lower than I anticipated. Thank you for the great service. I hope the community know about the great work that you are doing.
DON’T use this company! It took them 4 hours to replaced two shutoff valves (hot & cold) under the same bathroom sink at my home. Plus, they charged me 4x more than the retail price for each 1/2” ball valve. I paid a total of over $500 just for replacing the two valves. That’s crazy!
