Bueno la verdad la experiencia que he tenido en Gota me parece muy buena ya que tiene distintos tipos de intensidad como principiante, intermedio y avanzado ya que se adaptan a lo que uno quiere lograr en la parte de su cuerpo además de tener calentamientos, estiramientos y también ejercicios para toda las partes del cuerpo hay distintos tipos de intensidad.
