We hired Got Your Six to replace our 25-year-old HVAC system. Once installed, the new unit was very loud. When we raised this concern, we were told the noise was “normal” and that no other customers had complained. The initial options we were given were to forfeit our $4,400 deposit and have the system removed, or face legal action and a lien—before any troubleshooting was offered. I contacted Brian and Nicole and they were able to stop by the same day to inspect my furnace replacement on their way from another job. I received a quote in less than 2 days and had the job completed within 2 weeks. The installation went extremely well and very happy with the quality of the work. I highly recommend them!
