Responded to an add for a truck went in and actually paid for the truck I responded for. A week goes by and they called me and said to come back in the truck wasn't financed after I gabmve them my deposit and signed all finance papers. Forced me to give that truck back and forced me into another higher priced truck that I didn't want. I refuse to go back here.
What a great selection of used vehicles The salesman jose is very helpfull and experienced. I bought a car from him with no preassure and hassle free i was there no more than 2 hours and was happy with my experience i highly recpmend my family and friends at thomas auto sales
My wife and I had a great car buying experience with Got Thomas auto sales. Troy Allen was a knowledgeable and effective. We felt comfortable and informed throughout our visit.
Went to them because of there ad on craigslist for a challenger rt they had that i have wanted for over a year so i called them again because of there ad and was told no then was called back by the buessnes management team and told no again. So im reporting to the state to see what i can do to stop car lots like this from hurting people and getting there hopes up with false advertising
I had an amazing experience!!! I wasn't even looking for a car but I was there because my mom was taking care of her down payment on her new car. So I figured I'd browse through the cars that I had been interested in and I was helped by several amazing people.
