I recently had the pleasure of renting a Shabumi, chairs, a cooler, and games from Got Shade Beach Rentals, and I couldn't be more impressed. The service was exceptional— Nicole and Frank were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Their friendliness made the experience all the more enjoyable. Nicole and Frank are so kind and very helpful, and they make you feel right at home. I highly recommend Got Shade for anyone visiting Wilmington. They have every possible beach need like umbrellas/Shabumi’s, games, chairs, bikes, etc. for amazing prices.
Got Shade Beach Rentals really has anything you could ever think to bring to the beach! The customer service is wonderful & I love that it’s a small business. You can tell that the owners, Nicole and Frank, really put their heart and soul into their company. Would recommend 10x over!
Perfect place to rent beach umbrella and chair! Nicole and Frank are very friendly and explained how to set-up the umbrella. Loved that they had a place to return the equipment after hours too so we didn’t feel rushed at Wrightsville beach. Would highly recommend!
First positive point, they delivered our rental bikes to our rental house a few hours before we got there. The next morning when we tried to use the bikes, the quick-release on the bike post were all rusted and the tires were all below their minimum inflation. We rented a tandem and a second bike with a kid's attanchment. I called them and (second positive point) they were at our place quickly.
