Great Service! Communication, calling back, solving issues was no problem. David was a great help with the purchase to the install. Had trouble with high winds for my new shade but David made sure it was taken cared of and to great customer satisfaction. I recommend them for your next shade project! I was very pleased with the shade sail that Derek, Eric and team installed in my backyard. They were extremely helpful with suggestions and recommendations on what would look best and accomplish my shade goals. The work was done very professionally and efficiently, and I would highly recommend them if you were looking for shade and want it done to last.
We waited a year to see how these would stand up in high winds. 2022 has seen some of the strongest winds in the Vegas area in recent years and these sails withstood them without any issue. Depending on your installation, they use 6in steel poles about 13ft high is some cases. This company was amazing! They replaced our sail that had been damaged by the high winds. The team was very professional and the end result was fabulous. Derek worked us into his schedule so they kids would have a shaded area to play this summer.
