Yesterday I had an appointment with Anabel for a wash-and-go and a split-end trim. Before she touched my hair, I specifically asked whether she had experience working with my Type 4 hair because I am African American. I really enjoyed my appointment at Got Roots Salon. Emi and Savannah were both friendly, professional, and attentive . I have thick hair, and Emi really took her time with my blowout and made sure my hair was ready for my braiding service. I also love my braids! Savannah did a great job and gave me exactly what I asked for. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be back.

Excellent experience from the color, cut, treatment and conversation. Akela is a master in her craft. My hair/curls literally came to life immediately out of her chair. Forever grateful.

It was my first time at the salon and Veronica was amazing! Not only did she absolutely kill it but she was so sweet and gave the best scalp massage too🥰 she put so much effort and care into my hair. I left feeling incredible and she went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the results (how could I not be!!)
