I contacted this company to address a shower drain repair. There was some confusion on both sides in terms of the appintment time, however when I called to check on the arrival time they responded very quickly and due to the scheduling hiccup they did not charge me for the repair. The service technician was friendly professional, clean, and got the job done quickly. He also offered some advice on another problem I was having with radiant floors which I now plan to use them for the repairs. I highly recommend this business.
