Close fence gates so pets do not run away. Communicate when you will be arriving. Startled by strange men in my backyard. Awful.
This company started out really well 3 years ago. This year they fell short. It was hard to get them to answer emails and phone calls. Today after a phone call and email, they took down the lights and left them on our front porch. After emailing them, they said they were not longer going to service our area via email. Wow, just wow.
RecommendedAMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We used this company for several years. No issues at all. We sadly moved far from the area and we can no longer use them but I would recommend them to anyone!
I love my Got Lights...when they work. Just don't open up a service call during the holiday lighting season - you'll find yourself at the end of the line and in the dark.
Just had my holiday lights put up by Got Lights and I am thrilled. Very professional, quick and efficient. The lights look beautiful, I wish I could keep them up year round!
