Ah, the ways of the plaid are not without their cost! Kilts ranged from $60 to $125 credits —a fair spread for those seeking tradition. Cloaks, however, stood in the $300–$400 credit range, a price befitting a Jedi Master's robes. A tightly packed shop, yet rich in selection it is. For the true seeker of tartan, a worthy stop. Prices lean high, but in a tourist-heavy mall, such is the way of things. May the kilt and the cloak be with you!

Purchased a kilt about a year ago, the second I go to put it on after getting home, one of the buckles shattered. I've reached out through email and phone multiple times asking if I could return, exchange, or get it fixed. No reply at all. Very disappointed and upset with the service from here. Total waste of money.

Went to the store, didn't have my size. I bought a shirt. I proceeded to order the kilt in the size and color I wanted online. A month later it simply says processing. You try to call customer service but they're only open on weekends. I finally spoke to somebody who said they tried to locate one at the Minnesota Renaissance festival, they were going to mail it to me, but they would call me back that day to verify for sure. The service at the Mall of America location in two different visits was like night and day. The first time I went was 8/24 around noon and it was terrible customer service. All the employee would do is stand behind the counter and not help anyone. Asked a questions and only got a one word answers. The second time was around 5 pm on 8/28 and the employee was amazing! He helped us figure out exactly what we needed, explained more about the products, find a product that works, and tips on how to wash the kilt. The best customer... read more
