First of all, their Service Dept is the worst. They are quick to charge you a premium price for very poor service. After my last experience with Freddy the manager in Service, I will not go back and I will look for another service option in the future. My next bike will not be purchased or serviced at this poor establishment. It is hard to understand how they stay in business. Other friends have had similar experiences with them.
